Nancy Kolatz - a fence should have been fixed last fall and was not by Jeff Francelli. A letter was originally written to him and he responded with a letter honoring her request. However, it has not been done. It should be done by July 31, 2011. David Lucey will inspect the fence on Aug. 1, 2011. Jeff gets another 30 days after that date if it is not completed. Are the street signs still missing? Yes. Should we wait to cut the roadsides.

Public discussion - why do we want a driveway and building permit at the same time? So the driveway is not done one year and then the building permit is done another year, the rules might change before the building permit is issued for the driveway.
