Part of the property is zoned AR-1 needs to be rezoned to A-1. Nelson moves to rezone to A-1 and for a building permit. Hottmann seconded. Motion passed. Paid $1250.

White: re-zone and building permit. Discussion. 2012 bought 30 acres. And another 30 acres from Dick Peck later. Intentions were to build along the road using the building site. Is there a building site and can we re-zone. He needs to work with the previous owner to make sure there were two building sites in 2005. When he can prove it and has the notarized letter from previous owner, the Plan Commission will review again.

Johnson: Fees discussion. Clarification of Inspector fees and if we want to charge more fees and have the person come to the Plan Commission meeting for permits. The Town has decided they do not want to charge additional fees or having homeowners get permits from us for sheds, decks, etc. The town will stick to Building Permits on Residential and Recreational new builds. The inspector will be sending the town copies of all other permits and a quarterly report. The Town will be receiving 10% of the fees that the inspector charges.

Salt Shed Hwy 14: Pole Shed for Salt storage. Need re-zone from A1 to B3 of 5.09 acres, driveway permit, conditional use. Schmidt made the motion that Conditional Use for Salt Storage only. No outside storage. No home can be built on that land. Going to use wayside bathrooms, and no running water. Will be inspected by the State once a year, and the town will receive a copy of the report. Outside lighting should be non-invasive. A loader tractor might be on site as well as the salt. Schutte seconded. Motion carried. Will be sending check.
