The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.Roll call was taken.Schott not present. Schmidt moved to approve the minutes of the August 28, 2017 meeting.†† Schutte seconded.Minutes approved.


Buckeridge:Inspector hadnít gotten back to him yet.So he decided not to come. Will try for the next meeting.


Olson:3200 sq foot house, field road, copy of shared driveway. 7920 Sweeney Rd.,Lot 3 , 16.92 acres.No inspection of driveway needed.Joo motions to approve the driveway and building permit on Lot 3 Sweeney Rd.. Schutte seconded.Motion carried. paid $1500.


Cook:needs a re-zone or a conditional use permit for non-conforming property at 5848 Blue Ridge Rd Would like a re-zone from A-1 non-conforming to AR-1.Schutte moves to re-zone 2 acres from A-1 to AR-1 with the understanding that the existing structure is removed before a building permit is issued. Contingent on ownership by October 30. Schmidt seconded. Motion carried.$250


Hinds:Father is going to sell Sugarland.Would like to find out if she can build on some of the land that he doesnít sell.Wants 30 acres of pasture land to build a new barn with residence on top.Will contact Scott Godfrey for more information.


Land Density map discussion.Unable to get the map.Talked about ways to do this.We could just re-zone all non-conforming parcels for building sites when an application is made to the Plan Commission.Or do conditional use on them as they come to the Plan Commission.There will be more discussion needed on this.


Let the adjoining landowners know before we give a conditional use or commercial permit on a property.Discussion seemed to come down to no problems at this time, will spend more time considering this.
