The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm.  Roll call was taken.  Schmidt moved to approve the minutes of the September 25, 2017 meeting.   Joo seconded.  Minutes approved.


Buckeridge:  Building permit for barn.  Inspector says that there are no violations. Joo made a motion to approve 7571 Hwy 14 for the barn.  Schott seconded. pd $1000


Lewis, Jon:  Driveway and Building Permit 8125 Sweeney Road.  Shared driveway 8149 Sweeney (Patterson).  Schott moves to approve Building and Driveway Permit.  Down the road if there is an issue it is agreed by both parties at the landowners expense to put in a culvert. Joo seconded.  Motion approved.  $1500


Cook:  needs a re-zone or a conditional use permit for non-conforming property at 5848 Blue Ridge Rd Would like a re-zone from A-1 non-conforming to AR-1.  Schutte moves to re-zone 2 acres from A-1 to AR-1 with the understanding that the existing structure is removed before a building permit is issued. Contingent on ownership by October 30. Schmidt seconded. Motion carried.  Returned October 30th and is now the owner.  Motion stands for re-zone.  Paid $250


Halverson:  Coon Rock Road and Hwy 14. Put up cold storage on one lot instead of 3 lots. Store mostly cheese and semi loading and parking.  Building on the south end out of scenic easement.  New driveway on Coon Rock.  Parking area north of the building.  Zoned B2 but needs to be re-zoned to B3 because it is a warehouse.  Building will be 100 x 200, and then offices.   Nelson moves to rezone all 3 lots to B3 with conditional uses: cold storage warehouse, company offices, motor freight transportation company, and reconfiguration of lot lines.  Schott seconded.  Motion carried. paid $500.


Land Density maps were viewed.  Discussion on less than 40 acre non-conforming parcels created by the county.  We need to research the small acre lots. We should check out the Town of Dodgeville plans for this issue.  November meeting should include the county and a surveyor, probably John Halverson to talk about changing parcel sizes.
